Beth Gardner

CEO & President

Beth brings over 30 years of travel industry expertise and is the founder of Custom Travel Solutions with her first client, Intergraph Canada Ltd. who we are proud to say are still a loyal client today. Beth’s extensive experience in the corporate world coupled with her expertise in vacation and group planning has been instrumental in the success of Custom Travel. Beth is proud and humbled to be named #89 on Chatelaine / PROFIT’s Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs for 2014. This is a testament to Beth’s leadership, and genuine care and concern for employees and customers.


Brenda Damstrom

Manager – Custom I-Book

Brenda began her career in leisure travel, then took an opportunity in the corporate travel world and never looked back. In her over 30 years in the industry, she has worked in every aspect of a travel management company, from processing paper tickets to managing corporate travel departments. Brenda is a leading specialist in configuring online booking tools. Brenda heads up the I-Book Helpdesk team, who provide technical assistance to our travellers and travel arrangers utilizing online booking tools, and who consistently receive praise from customers for their high level of service and support.


Bridget Wills

Director of Projects & Implementations

Bridget came to Custom Travel Solutions with over twenty years of corporate travel industry experience. In her career, she has served as a Director of Account Management for a large global travel company and has account managed many client travel programs that relied on her expertise in global consolidation and technology implementations.  Currently Bridget is responsible for all company special projects, internal company technology initiatives and new client implementations.


Lisa Seib

Business Development Manager

Lisa joined Custom Travel Solutions in February 2016 as Business Development Manager. Lisa brings over 17 years of experience working in the hotel industry. Most recently, she assumed a two-year role in Resort Sales at Copper Point Resort in Invermere, BC after working for 5 years in the capacity of Third-Party Meeting Planner for HelmsBriscoe, a meetings procurement and site selection agency. Earlier in her career, Lisa developed for 10 years new market share opportunities for The Blackfoot Inn in Calgary while doubling as their Front Office Manager. “I love being able to bring solutions to the table for my clients and prospects, and to ensure that their dollars go farther. When my client is happy with what I have offered, then I am happy too – and not before!”


Norine Reddekop

Accounting and Finance

Norine was born, raised and still lives in Calgary, where she loves to spend time with family and friends.  Norine has been with Custom Travel since January 2002, when she assumed responsibility for the Account and Finance teams. Previously she worked in the Oil & Gas industry with Nexen (Formerly Canadian Occidental Petroleum).  Among many of her favorite trips, was spending a week in Southern France at a cooking retreat.
